Hi, I'm Gabi. As a trauma informed therapist and life coach, I believe everyone deserves a space to figure out what they want in life and how to get there. I work with people who might not have a clinical diagnosis, or even want one, but are looking to set goals, explore themselves and their minds, heal from their past, and create a life they love.

I earned a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2020, and licensure in 2023.  My journey in the mental health field led me to discover that many people exist outside the box of mental illness, but still want and need compassionate, empathetic assistance. 

I believe in the healing forces of nature, science based approaches, creating safety within yourself, and the power of understanding yourself and your needs.
